A little disclaimer first off. I understand that these are my views, and I speak for no one else. With that being said…
I’ve come across a great realization lately, which I believe is the key to happiness. And although I truly believe that this can be applied to a vast majority of people, I understand that everyone is different.
So what is it? What did I realize that I believe is the key to happiness?
I’ve spent the last 6 weeks working diligently on my business. Behind the scenes running more tests than I can count, striving to improve on all areas. And although my ultimate goal in life is to experience what the world has to offer, I’ve come to feel a great sense of accomplishment through what I have achieved in my business… and an increased feeling of happiness.
Which leads me to the realization, which I believe to be true. In order to be 100% fulfilled and happy in life, you must be accomplishing something. Striving for something greater than you already are.
I know that a lot of people are “happy” with being content, but I don’t think that someone can truly be happy deep down to their core unless they are spend their time trying to achieve something. Whether that time is spent improving your own life, or improving the lives of others. I think a greater sense of happiness comes from the struggle of accomplishment.
Maybe I’m wrong, but it’s definitely worked for me in my life… and maybe someone else out there needed to hear that, to find inspiration to achieve whatever it is they want to do in life.
Till next time…

P.S. As I upload the image to accompany this post, I realize that relationships play a major part in happiness as well. And many life-long relationships have been formed since I started travelling.
